Use instructions:

1. Take hold of the rotating wheels with both hands and turn the wheels simultaneously in clockwise and counterclockwise direction.

2. Take hold of the rotating wheel and turn the wheel in clockwise and counterclockwise direction.

Low level: 3 x 1 min series, 1 min pause between series

Medium level: 3 x 2 min series, 1 min pause between series

High level: 3 x 3 min series, 1 min pause between series
